Justin Baratta

Regional Manager, New South Wales

Justin Baratta commenced in Financial Services back in 1999 with Legal and General. He is a qualified adviser and owned and operated his own practice, before selling it to move into advice network operations. His hands on advisory experience and extensive experience with WT and other network operators enables Justin to bring real world experience to the advice practices he supports within the WT network.

Tony Pelosi

Regional Manager, New South Wales

With over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, Tony Pelosi has garnered extensive expertise, spending a significant portion of his career as a Senior Financial Adviser in his own right. Throughout his professional journey, Tony has distinguished himself by consistently initiating, managing, and fortifying robust client relationships, demonstrating a relentless drive for embracing new challenges.

Tony’s commitment to professional development is reflected in his educational achievements, holding both a Diploma of Financial Services (DipFS) and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (AdvDipFP). Beyond his regional management role, Tony also serves as a Responsible Manager on the Australian Financial Services Licence for the group, showcasing his dedication to regulatory compliance and governance within the industry.

Ben Donohue

Regional Manager, Queensland

Ben Donohue commenced in financial services in 2005. He has experience across retail life insurance, retirement income, and aged care, with the majority of his professional life spent at Asteron Life and Challenger.

Leearna Martin

Regional Manager, Queensland

Leearna Martin started her financial services career in 1996 with WT subsidiary Millennium 3 and has held many roles throughout the organisation since that time. From 2008 Leearna has held her current role as Regional Manager – now helping advisers across all WT cohorts grow their businesses.

Sonya Bigler

Regional Manager, Queensland

Sonya Bigler has more than 23 years of experience in financial services in roles including retail adviser, commercial adviser and compliance auditor before moving into her current role of Regional Manager. Her breadth and depth of experience across all aspects of financial advising add great value to the practices within the WT network that Sonya supports.

Sarah Congdon

Regional Manager, Victoria and Tasmania

Sarah Congdon has more than 20 years of experience in financial services in roles including insurance adviser for MLC Insurance before joining Synchron as a regional manager. Sarah has built a career on initiating, managing, strengthening and maintaining strong client relationships, and a drive for new challenges.

Emma Crothers has an extensive background in financial services having held a variety of project management, sales, and support roles. A graduate of Synchron’s coveted Next Gen professional development program and Money Management BDM of the Year finalist.

With over four decades of dedicated service as a financial adviser and successful business owner, Julian Summers brings a wealth of experience to the industry. In his current role as Regional Manager for Western Australia, Julian is instrumental in guiding advisers to effectively navigate the complexities of their practices. From providing sales coaching to optimising processes, managing staffing needs, and implementing regulatory frameworks, Julian ensures that advisers can operate efficiently. This strategic support allows them to dedicate more time to delivering high-quality, professional advice to their valued clients.
